Our Project Control Unit makes sure that all stages of all activities related to your Clinical Research projects are closely monitored


  • Ensure that requirements and timelines specified in contracts and/or Sponsor’s/OPIS SOPs are met
  • Provide study progress report to the team
  • Prevent issues relevant to timelines, monitoring plan activities respect, patient’s recruitment, study metrics and indicators and contractual requirements
  • Facilitate information sharing and organize periodic meetings
  • Identify potential interfaces with Sponsor’s systems
  • Ensures Key Performance Indicators monitoring and calculation
